Plan Your Fieldtrip
The field trip program takes place every Wednesday - Friday, Sept. 4 - 27, 2013 You may choose any date that you would like to attend. If the date is in the drop down menu, the date is still available. Checking with your transportation department to ensure busing is available on the date you would like to attend is suggested before booking your date. Lunch storage is available on grounds if your groups decides to bring a sack lunch. *The only thing you need to bring with you on the date of your field trip is the confirmation email that you receive after you enroll.
Below are some suggestions for planning out your field trip:
• Start planning your trip in May and complete the planning by June. Have your date picked out and sign up by the end of May. The lowest attendance of the Fair is at the beginning. • Start recruiting parents at the beginning of the school year. Have a sign up at Back to School Night. Make sure you have enough parents for 1:4 or 5 ratio. Explain all of the expectations and guidelines to the parents. • Each child wears a wristband with emergency contact information
