Paid Entertainment

Please note that the only type of bands we are still considering for the 2013 L.A. County Fair is Latin music (specifically Banda, Salsa, Tejano and Cumbia).  No other genres of bands are being accepted at this time.  We are also still considering soloists or duos for non-paid performances for our Arts & Craft Festival weekends. If you fit one of these two criteria and would like to be considered for the 2013 Fair, please submit the information requested below.

We will begin accepting promotional packets for the 2014 L.A. County Fair in November.

In order to be considered as a paid entertainment performer for the 2013 L.A. County Fair, you will need to submit a complete promotional packet to the Entertainment Department.

The packet must include the following:

A DVD, CD, or video link (DVD or video link is preferred)
Contact information (Name, address, phone numbers, email address, etc.)
Information on the performance act
Photos
A list of your previous acts and upcoming performance locations and events
Website address

Facebook account

Twitter account

YouTube account
Daily rate

It is very important that all of the above information is included in the packet. Incomplete packets may not be considered for Fair entertainment. Electronic press kits are acceptable as long as all of the above criteria is met.

The Entertainment Department’s receipt of a promotional packet is neither a commitment nor a guarantee of a performers’ participation in the 2013 L.A. County Fair. Each performer is reviewed and selected in the best interest of the Fair on an annual basis. Selection of performers is at the sole discretion of the L.A. County Fair, and the Fair has the right to reject any promotional packet for any reason. You will be contacted if we are interested in booking your act.

The L.A. County Fair neither retains nor returns promotional materials year to year. A new packet is needed each year for consideration.
