Fairplex, home of the L.A. County Fair, is hosting a job fair to fill more than 1,000 seasonal positions for the annual end of summer celebration. The job fair is Monday, July 8. The Fair runs Aug. 30-Sept. 29, closed Mondays (except Labor Day) and Tuesdays.
The job fair runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Fairplex in Expo Hall 6. Parking is at Gate 1. The Fair has open positions for mascots, warehouse staff, IT technicians, servers for multiple dining outlets, substitute teachers, carnival and admissions sellers, concert ushers, guest services, street team, operations and more. Approximately 1,000 job openings are available. Most positions require applicants to be 18 years of age and older.
The L.A. County Fair is one of the largest county fairs in the world. Last year, nearly 1.5 million visitors attended.
