Food and beverage concessions

Managed by Cornucopia Foods LLC, Fairplex’s own year-round food and beverage operations, our concessions are far more than what you would expect. Vendors serve everything from cinnamon rolls, hot dogs, cotton candy and popcorn to fine gourmet meals available at more than 250 food and beverage stands around the grounds during the Fair. The international fare includes such favorites as African, German, Greek, Japanese, Chinese and Mexican food, along with Cajun and good old American delights. McKinley's Grille

The Sheraton Fairplex Hotel’s McKinley’s Grille features a new seasonal menu by virtuoso chef David Teig. Teig has brought a contemporary culinary touch to the McKinley’s, sprinkled with hearty favorites. The Sheraton also provides catering services for meetings, conventions and special events.
