Palm is one of the two main thoroughfares of the facility leading to areas north, northeast and northwest.
The popular G-gauge outdoor miniature railroad is located near the Fairplex Grandstand and is the largest & the oldest operating public garden railroad in the United States. The trains journey through various eras of California history from the mid-1800s through the years. Up to 23 different trains can operate at the same time over 8,000 feet of track on nearly an acre of landscape.The garden railroad has been featured on documentaries, news programs and various magazines, newspapers and trade publications. It is open free of charge to the general public the first Sunday of each month. The Garden Railroad has been a Fairplex landmark since 1935.

Horse Race Track
The infield is grass with concrete walkways and is surrounded by a 5/8th mile track consisting of a mixed surface of dirt, sand and bark. The site of live thoroughbred horse racing since 1933. The infield is utilized for concerts, picnics and community events.
Lot 10 is paved and conveniently located; it can be utilized for parking or for gatherings or activities.
