Health Fair: All current healthcare partners set up booths with informational brochures and representatives to better educate our team about the services they provide us and answer any questions. Those who visit every station are entered into a raffle drawing winning prizes provided from every healthcare partner. Several fitness organizations attend the Health Fair to offer promotional discounts and provide nutritional information. Other free of charge work stations include testing for total cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, body compensation and height/weight.

| Pilates/Yoga Classes: Taking time to exercise and rejuvenate our mind is important to maintain a healthy workforce. We have a certified fitness instructor come on grounds to help us get into shape twice a week. The best part of this deal is it's free of charge to join and the team loves it! |

| Employee Assistance Program: This free, confidential program enhances the well-being of our team members and their families in life and productivity in the workplace. It's available 24/7 and is timely in delivering it's services from qualified professionals such as phychiatrists, licensed clinical psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage, family and child counselors, experienced counselors of alcohol/drug abuse and financial and career development resources. |

Luncheons: Throughout the year we have several luncheons served to the entire organization. These luncheons are a special treat for everyone. It's a time for us to get together, learn about our financial standing, communicate upcoming projects, reinforce our mission, vision and core values and most importantly it's a time for us to bond as a family. Lunch has been served by Original Tommy's World Famous Burgers, In-N-Out Burger, The Local Deli, Juice it Up!, Veggie & Tea House Healthy Cuisine, The Fruit Guys, Some Crust Bakery and of course our very own Cornucopia Foods and Sheraton Fairplex! |

| Social Committee: Throughout the year our Social Committee invites the entire organization to relax, eat and have some amazing fun. We have a fresh variety of tulips or carnations available for purchase to send out as holiday grams on Valentine's Day. For St. Patrick's Day the Social Committee finds the largest potatoes for us eat! We indulge in baked potatoes with all the works along with carrot cake for dessert. Cinco de Mayo is a fun filled event with a taco bar with all the toppings we want and churros for dessert. There's also a home-made salsa contest with music and entertainment. To help bring in the summer we have a picnic with chicken, potato salad, baked beans and so much more. In between holidays we have ice cream socials to help lift our spirits. At the end of the year, Fairplex has an amazing Holiday Party in Building 8. It is beautifully decorated by our very own Creative Department to give you that warm holiday feeling! The Social Committee provides all the gifts that are given away during the Holiday Party. Some of these gifts include gift certificates to stores and restaurants such as Best Buy, Target, Chili's Grill and Bar, Chipotle: Gourmet Burritos and Tacos, Marie Callender's, Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and Costco gas cards. There are also 50/50 tickets, raffle tickets and an array of other prizes at all these events. |

| Finish Line Sports Grill: Watch and wager on horse racing with miles of flat screen TVs located in our indoor arena and restaurant. Indoor and outdoor patio seating is available. All Fairplex team members receive a 25% discount on food. |

| Sheraton Fairplex: What would we be without a hotel on our grounds? Sheraton Fairplex has 247 two-room suites and is one of many Starwood Hotels and Resorts around the world. Enjoy American fine dining cuisine at McKinley's Bar & Grille. All Fairplex team members receive a 25% discount on food. |

Year-Round Events: All Fairplex team members enjoy free admission to a limited amount of more than 500 events year-round. Such events include the Asian-American Expo, Love Ride, Off-Road Expo, Irish Fair and Music Festival, Easyriders Bike Tour, VANS Warped Tour and of course our very own L.A. County Fair! |
