Stephen C. Morgan, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles County Fair Association, proudly announces the appointment of two new board members to the organization. Dr. Morgan is the president of the University of La Verne and has served on the Los Angeles County Fair Association since 1990 and as board chairman since 2002.

2003 L.A. COUNTY FAIR PROVIDES A TASTE OF ASIA AT ITS API FESTIVAL
New adventures await at the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) Festival to be held during the L.A. County Fair’s opening weekend, Sept. 12-14 at the Festival Plaza. This year’s Fair runs Sept. 12-28 at Fairplex in Pomona. Fairguests will drift away from their present life on the mainland into far Eastern lands that have been untouched by the passages of time.
