3,000 Motorhomes Gather in Pomona
Family Motor Coach Association holds
Family Motor Coach Association, the international motorhome owners’ club, will gather at Fairplex Feb. 25 – 28. Included is a sizable motorhome exhibition displaying hundreds of coaches and RV accessories.
Feb. 25, the public can view motorhomes and are invited to a seminar, “Selecting the Right Motorhome for Your Needs” at 1:15 p.m.
The association has a tradition of giving back to the community. This year is no exception. Many RVers are involved in Habitat for Humanity. A Habitat information center will be in Fairplex 9. The FMCA On-Road Quilters will donate children’s quilts to the Nite Owls Quilt Guild, which will share them with local family shelters, children in the social work system and local police departments. Quilts will be on display in Fairplex 9 on Feb. 28, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Used eyeglasses will be donated by FMCA members to support the Lions’ Foundation Eyeglass Program.
