RCX Radio Control Expo will be returning to Fairplex in Pomona April 19 & 20. The RCX Radio Control Expo will allow attendees to experience RC action like never before, on land, on sea, and in the air.
RCX Radio Control Expo will be adding new hot elements to the already successful mix of hundreds of the hottest RC cars, boats, planes and die cast models. Now in its 6th year RCX Radio Control Expo draws 10,000 to 15,000 people to FAIRPLEX in Pomona to see, and buy, the industry’s hottest items at the lowest prices. World-class drivers and fliers will be demonstrating the latest in RC cars and flyer’s, and the hottest die cast models. Hands on demonstrations will give guests the advantage of seeing what all of the hype is about. The Greater Los Angles Radio Control Racing Club and the NATC Championship Series presented by Zenoah, are pleased to announce the “RCX-Shootout” Featuring 120 of the nation’s best Expert, and Factory Pro drivers in 1/8th, 1/10th and 1/5th scale, radio control cars. With speeds over 60 mph, more than 2 G's of cornering force, with up to 5 HP engines running on gasoline and nitromethane, competing for Championship honors all weekend at RCX.
RCX presents the HPI/HB RC Drift Challenge #2. Thirty of the World’s top RC Drift drivers will show off their talents for the first time at RCX. On the giant 32’ x 48’ track drivers will be competing in the following categories Head-to-Head Battles, Time Attack Madness, Freestyle Drift Sessions and Tandem Battles Sessions.
MHRA – Miniature Hot Rod Association will be showcased once again at RCX. Watch the World’s Fastest RC Cars burn rubber as they reach speeds over 100 mph on a 20’ x 300’ foot track.
