A turtle brownie round took first place in the Ghirardelli Chocolate Championship at the L.A. County Fair. Sam Robinson of Los Angeles took home the $150 prize and a Ghirardelli gift basket. In second place was white chocolate raspberry cheesecake made by Cathy Hagerty-Clemans of Fullerton. She received $50 and a gift basket.
