Classic cars and the best in wines are in the spotlight for the fourth annual Wine & Cars Under the Stars, the unique fundraising event celebrating the award-winning wines and spirits from the prestigious Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition amidst an impressive collection of one-of-a-kind automobiles and hot rods. The memorable evening takes place Saturday, June 19, at the historic Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum at Fairplex.
Besides the debut of the 2010 winners, the evening is also an opportunity to benefit the many educational community programs supported by the foundations at Fairplex.
Guests are among the first to sample the winning wines, spirits, beers and olive oils from the competition, accompanied by gourmet edibles. Entertainment includes dancing the night away to vintage classics and enjoying a nostalgic “drive-in.” A silent auction will be featured.
