Tickets go on sale Monday, May 9 for the 25th annual KABOOM! Fairplex’s spectacular 4th of July fireworks celebration.
KABOOM! delivers a totally unique Independence Day bill of fare — an upbeat and exhilarating patriotic show punctuated by FMX riders and monster trucks, insane stunts, thrills, chills and really big tires that create plenty of adrenalin-charged dust.
FMX riders providing the thrills are the amazing Jimmy Fitzpatrick, Jeff Griffin, Julian Dusseau and Nick Dunn. Then the dusty big boys appear led by Bounty Hunter, Iron Outlaw, Time Fly’s, Fired Up and Obsession. Pyro Spectaculars by Souza, the premier fireworks company in the nation, shows up and fires up the pyro like no one else. The Rialto-based company has been with KABOOM! since 1986 when it began as a day-long event.
Presented by Coca-Cola and Toyota, this year’s theme is RED, WHITE & BOOM! Showtime is 8 p.m.
Online sales begin May 9 at www.fairplex.com and at the Fairplex box office and self-service kiosk at Fairplex Gate 1 on McKinley Ave., 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m., May 9-13 and June 27-July 3. Sales continue through July 4 or until the event sells out.
Ticket prices for the evening are $15 for general seating; $17.50 trackside bleachers; $19.50 reserved box seats; and free for ages 2 and younger.
