The L.A. County Fair is issuing a very special invitation to attend its 82nd anniversary on Sept. 10-26. Purchase discounted group sales tickets and enjoy the largest county fair in the nation at a rate that is out of this world.
For all that it encompasses the Fair is one of the best bargains around, consider a two-hour movie carries a $10 admission charge, and it’s a bargain made even better by taking advantage of group sales packages. The program accommodates groups of 20 or more with discounts on admission and special carnival packages for both adults and youngsters.
Since opening day admission, Friday, Sept. 10, is just $1, consider purchasing the group tickets for visits during the remaining run of the Fair.
Purchase of the group tickets offers savings of up to $5 for adults and $2 for ages 6-12 on each admission ticket. The tickets are good any day of the Fair and include a 70 percent discount good for carnival rides, games and food purchases. Groups do not need to attend the Fair together.
While this package is great for companies or organizations it’s also a perfect gift for family, friends or business associates. Consignment programs are also available to larger groups. The Fair remains one of the most endearing Southern California highlights attracting an audience of more than 1.3 million people each year.
Regular adult weekday admission is $10 and $6 for ages 6-12. Weekend admission for adults is $14, ages 6-12 $7. Seniors (ages 60 and older) can attend the Fair on weekends for $10, weekdays $8 and just $4 on Senior Tuesdays. College students will be admitted for just $5 with a college ID on the new College Wednesdays. Ages five and younger are admitted free everyday of the Fair.
