Sugar Plum Arts & Crafts Festival brings 27 years of experience along with more than 100 exhibitors with “Gifts to Warm the Heart...Accessories that Make a Home.” A number of handcrafted items all ready for holiday shopping and gift giving, including quilts, stocking stuffers, personalized ornaments, signs and garden and home decorations.
