Extreme Autofest, one of the largest automotive events on the west coast, will ride into Fairplex Sunday, Nov. 21.
Dubbed an automotive lifestyle festival, Extreme Autofest offers all major automotive enthusiasts the chance to not only show their pride in their vehicles but the opportunity to vie for thousands of dollars in cash and prizes.
With more than 300 vehicles, the car show allows a variety of makes and models including Honda, Toyota, Ford, Dodge, Nissan, Mercedes and more to compete.
Autofest has created a competition for trucks and SUVs as well. Both domestics and imports compete for best mini, best full size and best SUV. From customized Toyota mini-trucks on air-ride systems to Lincoln Navigators on 24” wheels, spectators will witness custom vehicles beyond their imagination.
Competition doesn’t stop at cars and trucks. Street bikes will also be featured. The contest features best Honda, Suzuki, Ducati, Yamaha, Kawasaki and most team bikes.
With thousands of watts and dozens of subwoofers, Extreme Autofest brings the International Auto Sound Challenge Association-sanctioned Extreme Car Audio Sound Challenge. The event draws some earth-shaking sound systems.
The show will be packed with entertainment. Concert performances, break dancing and street sports – skateboarding and BMX – will be showcased.
Admission to Extreme Autofest is $17 for adults, $10 for kids 6 to 12 years old and free for ages 5 and younger. The show is in Fairplex 4 and on Redwood Street. Parking is at Gate 9 on White Avenue.
