The L.A. County Fair will bring big acts to the Fairplex grandstand stage for the End of Summer Concert Series, presented by Toyota. Performing at 8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 15, will be Los Tigres Del Norte. The group is known for its norteña music that audiences have enjoyed for more than three decades. The band has recorded more than 55 albums with more than 500 songs, sold more than 32 million copies and has nearly 130 platinum hits in the Tejano genre.
Since the late 1960s, Los Tigres Del Norte has been bringing its distinctive norteña music to audiences around the world and continue to set the standards by which other norteña bands aspire. Expect to hear Los Tigres Del Norte perform music that is full of emotion, pride and respect for their culture. The group’s hits include “De Paisano A Paisano” and “La Jaula De Oro.” The group appeared at the L.A. County Fair in 1999, and we welcome them back in 2005 for another great performance.
