Back by popular demand, the Pomona Harvest Festival returns to building 4 at Fairplex Friday Dec. 1 through Sunday, Dec. 3, featuring more than 250 artists and crafters, rousing entertainment and good old family fun. Tap your foot to Sister Swing’s harmonies and the holiday sounds of the Mama Claus Trio, be entertained by the Final Destination Loggers and Jeff Martin’s Magic Show, and enjoy the comical musings of Derek the Mime, Washboard Willy and the stunts of the Wild West Express. The entertainment starts at the front gate and follows you throughout this unique arts and crafts show. You will even be entertained while you taste-test specialty foods.
For 33 years, the Harvest Festival has offered a designer shopping experience at affordable prices. Guests love strolling throughout the show, talking with the American artists that create the thousands of unique items, ranging from hand-crafted jewelry to photographs, paintings to pottery, home décor to clothing, and specialty food items. In addition, the Pomona Harvest Festival boasts an exciting Kid Zone, where children learn how to make their own creations.
Recently acquired by Western Exhibitors, a small, family-owned company that has produced gift and home furnishing trade shows on the West Coast for more than 65 years, the Harvest Festival has returned to its roots by offering entertainment variety and good old family fun. Its early December dates make it perfect for Christmas shopping, especially for the hard-to-shop-for friends and relatives.
The event also will feature a charity parcel check. All proceeds with benefit the Pomona Chapter of AT&T Pioneers, a group of AT&T employees and retirees that provide disaster assistance, support for American military troops and educational programs.
