Fairplex’s 12-acre RV oasis has earned the Kampgrounds of America, Inc. President’s Award. The award recognizes campgrounds that receive exceptional quality assurance and customer satisfaction scores. This is the fourth year Fairplex KOA/RV Park has won the prestigious President’s Award, a notable accomplishment because it is a smaller facility in the middle of a large metropolitan area competing with larger and more spacious KOA parks worldwide.
Each year, KOA surveys more than 250,000 of its campers to determine how well every KOA Kampground satisfies their guests’ expectations for cleanliness, service, reservations systems and campground features. The winning campgrounds must exceed a system-wide benchmark for overall satisfaction on their annual camper satisfaction surveys. Every KOA park also undergoes a rigorous quality assurance inspection to ensure that it meets industry-leading quality standards. KOA Kampgrounds that deliver superior quality, guest service and professionalism earn the President's Award.
Vaughn Brotton, superintendent of Fairplex KOA/RV Park, makes his home at the RV park, so he takes special pride in maintaining its service and quality levels. For the past two years, the Fairplex facility has earned a score of 100% on its quality inspections. The secret, says Brotton, is a disciplined approach to facilities maintenance and cultivating relationships with customers. Many RV-ers are repeat visitors who attend local annual events or are members of RV clubs.
Fairplex Park KOA/RV Park offers its guests 185 full utility hook-up sites, tent sites, and one- and two-room fully furnished Kamping Kabins ™ that sleep four and six guests, respectively.
