Heads will roll, along with skate wheels, as the legendary Los Angeles T-Birds face arch combatant San Francisco Bombers in the first-ever face-off of the RollerGames rivals at Fairplex.
The two teams battle it out on the rink for the season opener Saturday, March 31. Doors open at 6 p.m., followed by the jam at 7 p.m. Tickets are available online at www.latbirds.com and will be available at the door. Advance sales are $20 for VIP, $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and older. At the door: $25 for VIP, $15 for adults and $10 for children. A $25 limited advance sales package for two adults and two children (under age 12) is also available.
The Los Angeles T-Birds have a history steeped in heavy, “totally into it!” fan participation that spawned such popular figures as Ralphie Valladares and Julie “Ace” Patrick.
Veterans Greg Robertson and Raymond Rose will lead this year’s rookies. Men’s rookies are trying out for the travel team that will be competing this summer in Japan. Fans can vote for their favorite rookie on the Web site.
