4th ANNUAL STUDENT DESIGN COMPETITION AND CHILDREN’S MOBILE WOODWORKING BUS
(North Hills, CA – April 30, 2007) – The Woodworking Shows presents the 4th Annual Student Design Competition, sponsored by FESTOOL® May 4–6, 2007 at Fairplex, Pomona, CA.
Introduced in 2004, the Student Design Competition recognizes and rewards Southern California High School students for their woodworking accomplishments.
Open to high school students throughout Southern California, students representing Corona High School,
San Jacinto High School and Sultana High School submitted projects to be judged. Students submitting completed projects receive a Certificate of Recognition and are eligible to win prize packages generously donated by sponsors and show exhibitors. A Skills Demonstration featuring lathes and scroll saws will be presented daily by Student Demonstrators from San Bernardino High School.
