401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan: Because we understand how important saving for your future is, we offer two defined contribution plans for our  team members.  This plan includes an automatic contribution arrangement, which automatically increases your contribution by 1% annually up to a maximum 6%.  You may choose to contribute up to 100% of your pay. 

Fairplex makes a qualified non-elective contribution of 3% of pay each year for those team members that qualify.  Fairplex also makes a discretionary contribution, which historically ranged from 2% to 10% of pay each year for those team members that qualify.

Child Development Center Subsidy: Team members will receive a 25% discount off monthly tuition per child at our Child Development Center.  Click here to learn more about the center.

Tuition Riembursement: We value team members that want to continue growing professionally, therefore we offer to pay up to $5,000 a year for elgibile courses.
