Students ages 8-13

Take a break from the summer heat and let creativity take over at the CTEC Summer Art and Clay Camp. These two-week, hands-on art discovery programs are led by experienced and credentialed instructors. Each two-week session is inspired by a fun and engaging theme, which includes a field trip to a museum that will give students the opportunity to experience and appreciate the world of art.

of The Learning Centers at Fairplex

Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) at Fairplex provides career and technical education in a hands-on learning environment. Students are taught by both professional educators and people working in industry in our “classroom without walls” on the Fairplex grounds. They learn at the work site as well as in the classroom, building a strong foundation of work skills. CTEC operates under the auspices of the Los Angeles County Fair Association in partnership with The Learning Centers at Fairplex, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
