Tower of Power & very special guest Average White Band

TOP brings jazz, funk, rock and soul together in a way no other group ever has. The 10-piece outfit is, as a recent Hollywood Reporter review called them, "tighter than a clenched fist." So sit back and join Emilio Castillo and his writing partner Stephen "Doc" Kupka on saxes, drummer David Garibaldi, bassist Francis Rocco Prestiam and Mic Gillette, joined by lead vocalist Larry Braggs and keyboard player, Roger Smith, and discover "What is Hip."

Renowned for their hits, "Pick up the Pieces" and "Cut the Cake," Average White Band has been performing sold-out shows around the world for the last 30 years. While their roots are Scottish, AWB performs infectiously danceable funky soul based on the sounds of Memphis, Motown and Philadelphia. The funk & jazz comes to the L.A. County Fair for your enjoyment.
