Training and Facilities

Horse racing trainers stable and train their thoroughbreds at Fairplex Park. The track is open for training throughout the year for qualified thoroughbred horses in training for racing. Horses stabled and in training at Fairplex are often later raced at the Fair and other major tracks. Many are also showcased at the various auctions conducted at the Barretts Sales Complex on the grounds.
