Child Development Center at Fairplex (CDC)
Improves our community by educating and preparing today’s children, their families and tomorrow’s teachers to succeed in a diverse and changing world.
• The state-of-the-art early childhood development center offers more than 300 infants, toddlers and preschoolers a high quality, safe and nurturing educational experience each year.• A long-time partner with the University of La Verne (ULV) and its child development department, CDC serves as an experiential teaching lab for ULV students studying child development.
• Parent education classes and interactive parent child learning activities are offered, helping to reinforce learning at home.
• CDC serves the entire community – 50 percent of our families receive tuition subsidies from the California State Department of Education.
