Prepares the next generation of community leaders for success through leadership opportunities and personal exploration at the high school level.

• Open to sophmores in local partnering high schools, students are selected through a competitive application process and participate in the program during their junior and senior year.

• Through hands-on projects students enhance their leadership skills, networking ability, life skills, career exploration and community involvement.

• In addition to these opportunities, students are awarded a cash scholarship to support their post secondary education.
